    You are at the western end of Jesolo's coast. Here the river meets the sea and the lighthouse marks the entrance for sailors. Notice how the water changes colour between the river mouth and the open sea.

  2. 0:17A borderland

    This area has always been a shifting border between land and water. Dunes, channels and salt marshes move with the currents and with human work.

  3. 0:29Back towards the centre

    If you continue east along the beach you will reach Piazza Drago. At sunset the low light turns the lighthouse into a striking silhouette. Demo text.
